I order all the time from 7spices, phoned twice as order was late. Told it was 5 mins away called again 25 mins later. They called delivery driver , who eventually arrived. Food was cold , had to heat it up in the microwave . Very disappointing!

Previously had great food. I wouldn't ask for delivery again though. One hour after order, I phoned and was told it was on the way. Fair enough. Another 30 minutes later, phoned again and was again told it was on the way. I questioned whether the food would still be hot and was handed over to another member of staff who claimed they couldn't find the order but they would ask the staff and phone me back. They phoned me back to say it had been delivered... then that the order wasn't on the system... then to call FeedMeOnline and the phone was put down on me. 3-5 days for a refund, and the kids are eating cereal for supper.

Disappointed tonight. Usually the best for kebabs. The donner meat was fry and curled up, definitely not the fresh meat we usually get. Naan not very soft either. Chicken chasni was very nice
