I order all the time from 7spices. Tonight’s chicken pakora was the worse we have had from 7 spices very disappointing . One portion was so chewy we could hardly eat it. The batter was stale not fresh,arrived cold. Waste of £16

Food arrived cold. Phoned to inform the takeaway and ask for a fresh. Was told to microwave it ???????????????????? and if they sent another one the same thing would happen. I stay a 10 minute drive from this place. Fresh hot pizza and pakora does not lose its heat that fast. The pakora was also soggy so 100% not fresh cooked. The guy I spoke to on the phone said he’d phone me back then hung up. He didn’t take any details and it’s now an hour later so I won’t hold my breath. Do not order from this place.

I order all the time from 7spices, phoned twice as order was late. Told it was 5 mins away called again 25 mins later. They called delivery driver , who eventually arrived. Food was cold , had to heat it up in the microwave . Very disappointing!
